You use AI exactly as you do today — but before anything is sent, Naosuu gives you a preview and puts you in charge of exactly what gets redacted.

Step 01 — Input
Type your prompt and even upload a document
Write your question with real client names, case numbers, and all the context the AI needs. Or upload a PDF, Word document, or text file — Naosuu extracts the text automatically and adds it to your prompt, ready for redaction. Note: document upload works with text-based files. Naosuu extracts the text layer — it does not process scanned images as images.
Step 02 — Preflight Review
Review every detection before anything is sent
Before your prompt goes anywhere, Naosuu opens a preflight panel showing you exactly what it detected. Every identified element is listed — you can check or uncheck each item individually. If Naosuu missed something, you can add words or phrases manually at the bottom of the panel. Nothing is sent until you approve it. You are always the last line of defence.

Step 03 — Redaction & Send
Naosuu redacts and sends the clean prompt
Once you confirm, Naosuu replaces every approved item with an anonymous placeholder and sends the clean prompt to the AI. No names. No case numbers. No identifying information of any kind — just context. And critically: no AI is involved in this process. Naosuu uses rule-based pattern matching and named entity recognition running entirely on your machine. Your data is never processed by a model, never sent to Naosuu, never seen by anyone but you.

Step 04 — Rehydration
You see a fully personalised, real-name response
When the AI responds, Naosuu swaps every placeholder back to the real name or value — locally, in your browser, before the text appears on screen. You get a response that reads as if the AI knew everything. It never did.
Important — How Naosuu Works in Practice
Use Naosuu's upload button — not the AI's own. Naosuu adds a document button next to the AI's chat input. Use that button. The AI platform's own attachment button sends your file directly to the AI, bypassing Naosuu's redaction entirely.
Rehydration happens after the AI finishes replying — not while it is streaming. Wait for the full response before reading the rehydrated text.
Rehydration does not persist after you leave the chat. If you close the tab or return to a previous conversation, you will see placeholders again — the real names are never stored outside the session.
Always review before sending. Naosuu is thorough, but you are the last line of defence. Check the preflight panel to catch anything it may have missed.
