Sensitive values are replaced with placeholders before the prompt is submitted to any AI platform. The substitution happens in your browser tab using local JavaScript. No version of your original prompt, with real names, SSNs, or case numbers, is ever transmitted anywhere.
The only data Naosuu's server receives while you are using our extension is your email address and a license status flag. That is the entirety of server communication. When you subscribe, Naosuu receives your first name, last name, and email address through Stripe.

When you upload a PDF or Word document, text extraction is performed by local libraries (pdf.js and mammoth.js) bundled inside the extension. The file bytes never leave your browser. No document content is transmitted to Naosuu or any third party.
